Job Summary:

Front office manager is responsible for leading and assisting with the successful completion of daily shift operations in the Front Office areas, including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk.

The role focuses on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, as well as achieving financial targets. The position also involves assisting in completing financial and administrative responsibilities as required.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead and supervise daily shift operations in front office areas, ensuring smooth workflow and service delivery.

• Provide support and guidance to the Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Front Desk teams

. • Strive to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or requests in a timely and professional manner

. • Support employees by fostering a positive work environment and resolving any work-related concerns.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards during each shift

. • Assist in managing financial aspects, including achieving the department’s operating budget and controlling expenses.

• Contribute to administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest experiences.

Qualifications: –

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management.

• Experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is preferred but not required.

.Education and Experience:-

• High school diploma ; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.

OR• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year work experience required.
