Key Responsibilities:-

Coordinate all programmes and align them with our mission.

Manage partnerships, stakeholders, and donor relationships.

Deliver capacity-building sessions and mentor team members.

Monitor programme budgets and ensure accountability.

Requirements:-

3+ years of programme coordination and team training experience.

Expertise in stakeholder management and project leadership.

Proficiency in English (Tamil and/or Sinhala is a bonus).

Passion for youth empowerment, social innovation, and sustainability.
