Dinemore Restaurants (Pvt) Ltd, a leading and well-reputed restaurant chain in Sri Lanka, is currently seeking a male candidate for the position of HR and Admin Assistant at our Colombo 06 head office. Job Profile
The selected candidate will provide administrative and HR support to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include recruitment assistance, employee onboarding and offboarding, document management, HR record maintenance, and coordinating HR-related functions. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.

Candidate Profile:-

● Support recruitment activities such as posting jobs and scheduling interviews.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, leave tracking, and documentation.

● Assist in employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation programs.

● Handle data entry, employee file updates, and HR documentation.

● Provide admin support for daily HR operations.

● Support in organizing employee events and welfare activities.

● Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

● Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

● Must be a male candidate, between 21 – 30 years.

Education and Qualifications:-

● Completed Advanced Certificate in HRM (ACHRM) or currently following Diploma in HRM (DPHRM) from a recognized institute.

● Freshers are welcome; experience in HR or admin functions will be an added advantage.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) preferred.

● Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
