🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
✔️Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
✔️Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
✔️Assist with employee engagement and training initiatives.
✔️Ensure compliance with HR policies and Sri Lankan labor laws.
✔️Serve as the main point of contact for staff HR queries.
Manage office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination.
✔️Handle petty cash and maintain accurate office expense records.
✔️Support internal communication and company events.

🔹 Qualifications:
🟠 Diploma or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
🟠Knowledge of HR principles and Sri Lankan labor regulations.
🟠Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
🟠Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential data.
🟠Prior experience in administrative support and petty cash handling is a plus.
