We’re Hiring: HR Assistant

Aroma Bliss Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd

Aroma Bliss Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd is a growing company in the wellness, cosmetics, and retail industry, dedicated to building a positive and supportive workplace. We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in daily operations.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees

• Maintain employee personal files, records, and HR documentation

• Update attendance, leave records, and HR databases

• Support payroll preparation and statutory documentation (EPF/ETF)

• Assist in training coordination and employee engagement activities

• Handle basic employee inquiries and provide HR administrative support

• Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR documents

*Requirements*

✔ Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management or a related field

✔ 0–2 years of experience in HR or administration (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

✔ Basic knowledge of Sri Lankan labour regulations

✔ Good communication skills in English and Sinhala

✔ Computer literacy in MS Office

✔ Organized, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
