KEY RESPONSIBILITIES| :-

SUPERVISE HR STAFF PERFORMANCE AND GUIDE EMPLOYEES TO BETTER PERFORMANCE WHILE ENSURING GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH EMPLOYEES.

| ASSIST THE HR DEPARTMENT IN THE HIRING PROCESS AND ENSURE A FAIR RECRUITMENT PLAN AND OVERSEE NEW HIRING, INTERVIEWS, AND ORIENTATIONS.

| ASSIST IN EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION (PAYROLL, INCENTIVES AND SERVICE CHARGE CALCULATION).

| DEVELOP STRATEGIES AND IMPLEMENT CHANGES THAT IMPROVE JOB KNOWLEDGE.

| PROMOTE A PRODUCTIVE WORKPLACE AND ENSURE A CULTURE OF COLLABORATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY.

PREREQUISITES

| DEGREE OR DIPLOMA IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT.

MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR CAPACITY.

EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM OR SIMILAR INDUSTRY WOULD BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.

THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEMS.

PROFICIENCY IN VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH.

DEMONSTRATE A HIGH LEVEL OF INTEGRITY AND HONESTY.

| DISPLAYS INITIATIVE, AND COMMITMENT TO PROFESSIONAL VALUES.
