We’re seeking an exceptional HR Executive at IYKONS Groups who can transform our people operations! Based in Colombo, with occasional travel to parts of the country.

What You’ll Bring:–

1.Establish strong professional relationships and maintain effective communication channels to develop a positive workplace environment utilizing excellent people skills across the organization.

2.dentify and address staff needs proactively through regular engagement, feedback collection, and implementation of responsive HR initiatives.

Drive full-cycle recruitment and talent management, including strategic hiring practices to attract top talent as the architect of connections who transforms colleagues into community.
Create and implement innovative training initiatives that develop our team’s capabilities.
Process payroll while ensuring compliance with Sri Lankan labor regulations, including accurate EPF/ETF contributions and statutory requirements.
