Deadline:- 4th March 2026

IYKONS Group is seeking an experienced and driven HR Executive to lead people operations across our organisation — encompassing internal group entities, teams, and dedicated HR support for our managed client accounts.
This is a generalist position designed for a HR professional who can operate with both strategic vision and operational precision. You will serve as the central HR authority, ensuring consistent and high-quality HR delivery across all touchpoints — internal and client-facing alike.

Key Responsibilities
▸Oversee and coordinate HR operations across all IYKONS Group entities, ensuring policy consistency and operational efficiency
▸Ensure full adherence to employment law, contract management, and statutory obligations across all applicable jurisdictions
▸Maintain HR systems, documentation, and records to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance
▸Act as HR Business Partner for managed client accounts — overseeing workforce administration, policy alignment, and people-related escalations on behalf of assigned accounts
▸Coordinate HR delivery for externally managed teams, including headcount planning, onboarding, performance oversight, and compliance monitoring
▸Build and sustain strong working relationships with client stakeholders, providing tailored, responsive HR support that reflects each client’s operational needs
▸Serve as a reliable point of escalation for HR matters arising within client-managed workforce environments

What We’re Looking For
▸Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
▸3–4 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated exposure to multi-site HR functions
▸Proven experience in employment law compliance
▸Established track record in client-facing HR roles or HR Business Partnering within a service or technology environment
▸Strong command of modern HR frameworks — including continuous performance management, DEI strategy, and employee experience design
▸Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills across varying cultures and seniority levels
▸High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement in handling sensitive people matters
▸Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment
