HR Executive (On-site)
Role Overview: We are looking for organized and proactive HR/Admin professionals to manage day-to-day HR operations, support administrative functions, and ensure a smooth workplace environment.
Key Skills & Requirements: –
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory) – Experience in HR operations and administrative roles
– Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
– Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
– Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools
– Fluent in English (Sinhala/Tamil is an added advantage)
– Experience in the medical/healthcare industry is an added advantage
Preferred Skills:
– Experience with payroll processing and attendance management
– Knowledge of HR software/HRIS systems
– Basic knowledge of employee engagement and performance management
– Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
– Manage recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews)
– Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and records
– Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
– Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance
– Oversee administrative tasks and office operations
– Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support
