We’re seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team and manage various HR functions.

Position Overview:-

As an HR Executive, you will handle a broad range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and development.

You will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals to enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:–

*Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

*Employee Relations: Provide support to employees and managers on HR policies and foster positive employee relations.

*Performance Management: Assist with performance appraisals and development plans to drive high performance.

*Compliance & Policies: Ensure legal compliance and update HR policies as needed.

*Compensation & Benefits: Assist with compensation strategy and manage benefits administration.

*HR Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and generate relevant HR reports.

Qualifications:–

*Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

*2-4 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role.

*Strong knowledge of labor laws, performance management, and HR best practices.

*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

*Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
