Location: Colombo 03

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using hSenid system

Manage attendance, overtime, leave, and employee records

Handle salary updates, deductions, and payroll reports

Coordinate with HR & Finance teams

Support audits and statutory reporting

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

Minimum 2 years of payroll experience (hSenid preferred)

Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor regulations

Proficiency in MS Excel

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
