We’re Hiring – Part-Time HR Managers SandS Australia is a globally connected business advisory, finance, and operational solutions firm headquartered in Melbourne.

We deliver strategic, cost-optimised services to 50+ clients across Australia, the UK, US, Canada, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific bridging strategy and execution so leaders can unlock growth with clarity, confidence, and control.

◾ The Role We are seeking a highly skilled HR Managers (Part-time) to drive recruitment in the finance & accounting space and manage core HR matters across multiple countries

◾ Key Responsibilities

▪️ Develop & run recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre finance/accounting professionals.

▪️ Manage end-to-end hiring: postings, screening, interviews & onboarding.

▪️ Advise leaders on staffing needs & provide expert HR guidance.

▪️ Ensure compliance with employment laws across jurisdictions.

▪️ Support HR operations (employee relations, performance, talent development).

◾ What You’ll Bring

▪️ 8+ years in HR & recruitment, with proven finance/accounting placements.

▪️ Excellent English communication and ability to engage Western stakeholders.

▪️ Strong understanding of multi-country HR/recruitment best practices.

▪️ Independent, organised, and proactive in managing recruitment projects.

◾ Working Arrangement 3–4 hours per day (with some overlap during Australian business hours). Flexible, remote role.

◾ Rate LKR 1,500 per hour (net) – pay in AUD

◾ Assessment Process Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment to demonstrate recruitment strategy, HR knowledge, and independent problem-solving skills before the final interview.
