ABOUT THE ROLE A leading and well-established company in Sri Lanka is seeking a highly competent and motivated HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource Management and drive strategic people-related initiatives of the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

*Degree or professional qualification in HRM /Business Management or equivalent.

*Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in a managerial capacity.

*Strong understanding of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices.

*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

*Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and make sound decisions.
