Calico Color (Pvt) Limited, a recognized leader in the apparel trims manufacturing sector, is looking for a proactive and committed HR Officer/Executive to strengthen our Human Resources team.

This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who can efficiently manage HR functions with a strong focus on employee engagement, payroll, and HR operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:–

*Manage daily HR operations and respond to internal HR inquiries.
*Administer payroll processes and coordinate timely salary payments with the finance team.
*Maintain up-to-date employee records, including attendance and leave tracking.
*Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation programs.
*Organize employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
*Address employee issues and assist with performance management systems.
*Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety standards.

✅ Qualifications & Skills:-

*Minimum of 1 year of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
*Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Human Resource Management (HRM).
*Demonstrated experience in payroll processing and HR documentation.
*Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*High level of confidentiality and ability to multitask effectively.
*Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is an added advantage.
