📢 WE’RE HIRING – HR & STOCK MANAGER

📍 Zootopia Vets ,Nugegoda

We’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Stock Manager to oversee staff management and inventory operations across our veterinary and pet care services.

🧑‍💼 HR Responsibilities

• Manage staff attendance, leaves & rosters
• Handle payroll coordination & salary documentation
• Monitor KPIs, allowances & approvals
• Address staff concerns and conduct internal inquiries
• Manage commissions for external sales
• Ensure monthly staff targets are achieved

📦 Stock Responsibilities

• Monthly stock taking & system updates
• Purchase orders, supplier coordination & expiry management
• Maintain stock safety, storage & daily usage refilling
• Prepare discrepancy, loss & audit reports
• Manage pharmacy, pet shop, wards, theatre & vaccine stocks
• Handle returns, damaged/expired items with proper documentation
• Support audits, P&L reporting & fraud investigations

• Strong organizational & reporting skills
• High attention to detail & accountability
• Ability to work independently & with teams
• Relevant experience will be counted
• Age: 25 – 45 years
