Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual seeking to build a career in HR within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Assist in organizing staff training and development programs
Handle basic employee inquiries professionally
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
