Colombo Lotus Tower is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to strengthen our Human Resources team and support the smooth functioning of our people operations.

If you hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field-and have 1-2 years of experience in the HR domain-you may be the ideal fit for this role.

We’re seeking someone with hands-on experience in recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, attendance and leave management, payroll support, and HRIS/HR systems. Your contribution will play a vital part in creating a positive, efficient, and employee-focused work environment at Sri Lanka’s tallest landmark.
