Internship Details:Duration: 6 Months

Mode: Remote & Onsite

Responsibilities:-

Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

Support onboarding and orientation for new hires

Maintain HR records and employee databases

– Help coordinate employee training and development programs

Assist in employee engagement activities and performance management

Contribute to building a positive work culture

Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures

Participate in administrative tasks related to HR operations

Requirements:-

Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills- Basic knowledge of HR tools and systems

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
