Qualifications & Requirements:

Completed Foundation or Certificate level in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute

Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala

Sound knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel and Word

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Willingness to learn and take initiative in a professional environment
