Role Overview:-

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.

Requirements:-

Degree /Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration

Proven experience in an HR role (Minimum 1 year)

Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an advantage

Applicants living close to Malabe are preferred

Age below 30
