🔹 Internship Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in CS, IT, or a related field
Strong understanding of programming concepts and design patterns
Familiarity with databases and SQL
Hands-on experience with React, .NET, or Node.js
Good communication and problem-solving skills

🔹 Associate Software Engineer Requirements:
All internship requirements, plus:
1+ years of software development experience
Proficiency with React, Node.js, and .NET
Solid knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and monolithic architectures
Team player with Agile/Scrum experience (a plus)
