Intern – Technical Support
Location: Remote (with occasional office visits if required)
Duration: 6 Months (with possibility of extension or full-time role based on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote tools.
Assist in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Document and escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.
Support software installation, configuration, and updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.
Collaborate with the development and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and software applications.
Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
