IT Equipment & Support Executive

Location: Nugegoda

We are looking for a hands-on IT Equipment & Support Executive to join our team at ZUSE. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who can expertly manage our IT assets while providing top-notch technical support to our staff.

What You’ll Do

• IT Procurement:
  Handle the full lifecycle of IT equipment, from purchasing and vendor management to inventory tracking.
• Technical Support:
  Provide troubleshooting and support for all hardware, software, and network issues.
• Resource Management:
  Coordinate with vendors, manage IT budgets, and ensure our systems are running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience in either IT procurement or technical support.
• Knowledge: A strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and network systems.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage vendors and internal teams.
• Tools: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
