We’re on the lookout for a tech-savvy problem solver who can keep our POS systems sizzling, networks running strong, and security sharp across all our vibrant locations.

✨ What You’ll Be Cooking Up :

Keep our POS systems (hardware + software) running without a glitch.
Manage networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls) across multiple buzzing restaurants.
Take charge of CCTV & security systems, ensuring everything is safe and secure.
Troubleshoot and repair hardware — from laptops to tablets to printers.
Manage Google Workspace, backups, and basic system admin tasks.
Train our team on using IT tools confidently and efficiently.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to keep everything on point.
Be ready to roll up your sleeves and support new restaurant openings, POS rollouts, and tech upgrades.

🔥 What We’re Looking For :

3–5 years of experience in a hands-on IT role (hospitality or retail experience = big plus!)
Strong networking, POS, CCTV, and hardware troubleshooting expertise
A proactive, customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Super organized, detail-oriented, and always thinking two steps ahead
Degree / HND in IT or Computer Science (industry certifications like CompTIA, CCNA are a bonus!)
A valid driving license + readiness to travel between our exciting locations
