Vacancy: IT Officer ( Sri Lankan Candidates Only )

Location: The Golden Ridge Hotel

Department: Information Technology

The Golden Ridge Hotel is seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Officer to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations and providing technical support across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:-

Maintain and support computer systems, servers, networks, and peripherals

Provide first-line IT support to hotel staff and departments Manage POS systems, hotel management systems, and CCTV systems

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues

Ensure data security, backups, and system updates Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services

Maintain IT documentation and inventory

Requirements:-

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (hotel industry experience is an advantage)

Knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting

Familiarity with POS systems and hotel PMS is an added advantage Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and under pressure
