Role Overview:
Join Waterlily Labs as an IT Support & Helpdesk / System Administrator! Manage our IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, and work closely with HR and internal teams to keep systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and troubleshoot Azure VMs & Hyper-V environments
-Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and the Azure portal
-Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
-Assist with IT inventory, installations, resets, and upgrades
-Ensure system security and maintain integrity
-Support HR and other departments with IT-related tasks

Qualifications & Requirements:

-2+ years in Windows-based environments
-Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V
-Understanding of security best practices
-Proven IT support & system administration experience
-Strong problem-solving & communication skills
