We’re Hiring: Journalist (English)

🕒 Full-Time We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Journalist (English) to be part of our dedicated news media team

. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital news culture, values accuracy, and can create written news content that translates effectively across digital and social media platforms.

If you can report, write, and shape stories with modern audiences in mind, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Write, edit, and proofread English news content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and tone

•⁠ ⁠Ensure factual correctness, grammar standards, and editorial consistency

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with editors and presenters to develop and refine stories for digital publishing and social media platforms

•⁠ ⁠Operate effectively within fast-moving, day-to-day news cycles while meeting tight publishing deadlines

•⁠ ⁠Maintain ethical journalism standards and editorial guidelines

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Strong command of written English with excellent writing and editing skills

•⁠ ⁠Background in journalism, media, mass communication, content creation, or a related field

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced news environment

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and fact-checking skills

•⁠ ⁠Clear understanding of digital news platforms and social media trends

•⁠ ⁠Experience with news writing, editing, or content publishing is an advantage

•⁠ ⁠Experience using AI tools will be an added advantage
