Immediate Vacancy – Junior Executive, Human Resources. KLN Logistics Lanka Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Executive – Human Resources.

🔹 Location: Colombo

🔹 Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities :-

✅ Supporting HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement

✅ Assisting with HR documentation and compliance activities

✅ Coordinating training & development initiatives

✅ Providing administrative support to the HR team

Requirements :-

✨ A degree/diploma in HRM or related field

✨ 1-2 years of experience in HR (internship experience considered)

✨ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✨ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
