Tecciance is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to spearhead strategic change and drive clear solutions within our dynamic team.

We require a professional with 2-3 years of experience ready to embrace a leadership role and oversee the full project life cycle.
Key Requirements:
- Business Analysis Expertise: Demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, and crafting functional and non-functional specifications.
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and setting a clear strategic direction.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Natural leadership abilities to mentor junior BAs, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and foster strong cross-functional relationships.
- API & Database Knowledge: Hands-on experience in API testing and solid database proficiency for data integrity and validation.
- Agile Proficiency: Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is a significant advantage.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Orchestrating and executing all business analysis activities.
- Acting as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Steering the project lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Mentoring and supervising a team of Business Analysts.
- Ensuring solutions align with business objectives and deliver optimal value.
