๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications
Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers
Review code and ensure best practices, quality, and performance standards
Contribute to software architecture and technical decision-making
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure smooth testing and defect resolution
Step in to work with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements when necessary.
Follow and improve software development processes
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of development experience
Proven experience in senior or lead engineering roles
Strong understanding of software architecture and design concepts
Experience with ORM and Java Enterprise Technologies
Leadership, mentoring, and code review experience
Exposure to QA processes and collaboration
