We’re looking for multitasking, curious, and passionate LLM Engineers people who can think big, handle many tasks, and go beyond using models to actually build, train, and optimize them from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
Research, design, and build large language models from scratch
Set up and manage GPU/TPU systems for fast model training
Work on data cleaning, processing, and large-scale data pipelines
Fine-tune and optimize models for better accuracy and speed
Try new model ideas, prompt designs, and performance methods
Collaborate with a small, driven AI team exploring deep research and deployment

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of real experience in AI/ML, LLM training, or model deployment
Strong knowledge of transformers, tokenization, and distributed training
Skilled in Python with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
Experience with LangChain, DeepSpeed, or Megatron-LM
Knowledge of GPU/TPU setups and training optimization
Comfortable managing data pipelines end-to-end
Passionate about learning, problem-solving, and experimenting with new ideas
