Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, assist in negotiating contracts, and manage procurement of ingredients and supplies.
• Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote food and beverage offerings.
• Strong knowledge to serve high-quality coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Record and track guest history and preferences via a guest satisfaction system.

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel or high-end restaurant management.
• Proven experience as a Senior Barista, Coffee Shop Manager, or similar role in a high-paced environment.
