Aitken Spence Travels is seeking a Manager -Research & Development to drive product innovation and create distinctive, market-ready travel experiences across all travel segments.

In this role, you will:

Research and analyse global travel trends and innovations

Conceptualize and design differentiated itineraries

Conduct field research and site inspections

Support marketing and sales teams with product narratives

We are looking for a creative, curious, and forward-thinking individual who is passionate about travel, cultures, and crafting experiences that go beyond traditional tourism.
