Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka (Remote with occasional client visits)
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic start-up team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, client engagement, and digital marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving business growth, and managing both online and offline marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for corporate training programs and consulting projects.
Identify and contact potential clients, set up meetings, and build relationships.
Organize and coordinate training events.
Manage social media platforms and update website content.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations.
Track leads, follow-ups, and maintain client databases.
Requirements:-
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written & spoken).
* Strong interpersonal skills with a natural flair for sales and networking.
* Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently
* Familiarity with social media marketing, content management, and event coordination.
* Previous experience in sales, marketing, or client relations would be an advantage.
* Based in Colombo (to attend client meetings and events when required).
Employment Details Contract Basis:-
1 year (extension based on business growth and performance).
Work Mode: Mostly remote (work from home), approximately 3-4 hours of work per day (Flex timing).
Client visits and events will require on-site work 4–5 days per month
Compensation: Fixed Salary: Rs. 40,000/- per month
Sales Incentives: Up to Rs. 30,000/- per month (based on projects)
