We’re looking for a Mechanical & Chemical Engineer to power up our operations in the paint manufacturing industry.
This is a key role for someone with solid technical know-how in fluid and powder handling, automated systems, and reactor process control— ready to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:-
• Design implement and optimize fluid and powder pumping systems to support high-quality production
• Lead and improve automation systems for packaging and material conveying
• Manage and monitor chemical reactors to ensure product consistency and quality
• Collaborate and Work closely with production and maintenance teams to boost operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and chemical process issues and drive long-term solutions
What You Bring to the Table:
• A degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Hands-on experience in the paint, coatings, or chemical processing industry
• Strong technical background in fluid dynamics, powder transport, and automation control systems
• Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial process instrumentation
• A deep understanding of reactor operations, process safety, and continuous improvement principles
