โข Plan, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve
productivity and efficiency.
โข Monitor daily production operations and identify areas for process
improvement.
โข Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work
instructions.
โข Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure
manufacturability of products.
โข Analyze production data and implement process improvements to reduce
waste and downtime.
โข Support prototype manufacturing and product development stages.
โข Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing best
practices are followed.
โข Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure smooth
manufacturing operations.
โข Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and production bottlenecks.

โข Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production
engineering, or mechanical engineering.
โข Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning,
and process optimization.
โข Knowledge of machining, fabrication, assembly processes, or industrial
production systems.
โข Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
โข Strong problem-solving and analytical skills related to manufacturing
challenges.
โข Ability to work closely with production teams and cross-functional
departments.

โข Bachelorโs degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering,
or related field.
