MEP Design Engineer / MEP Draftsman

MEP Design Engineer

Qualification and Experience:

–         Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

–         Minimum of 2 years’ experience in MEP design.

–         Associate Member of IESL.

–         Strong knowledge of MEP systems and local building regulations.

–         Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, Dialux, HAP, or similar tools.

–         Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.

–         Excellent communication and leadership skills.

–         Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

– Proactive and solution-oriented approach to on-site challenges

MEP Draftsperson

–         Recognized certification in MEP drafting.

–         Minimum of 1 year of experience using AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD MEP; proficiency in Revit is a strong advantage.

–         High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing technical drawings.

– Ability to work effectively with engineers and project teams.
