✨ About the Role:-

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Network Engineer to support enterprise and client network environments. You will work hands-on with network infrastructure, support ongoing IT projects, and collaborate closely with senior engineers, vendors, and internal teams.

✨ Responsibilities:-

Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN devices.

Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and wireless networks for performance and availability.

Troubleshoot L2/L3 issues including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN-related problems.

Support network and IT infrastructure deployments for internal and client projects (onsite & remote).

Coordinate with vendors for technical support, RMA, and licensing activities.

Assist in project scheduling, task tracking, documentation, and status reporting.

Support upgrades, migrations, and network expansion activities.

Work closely with senior engineers during implementations and troubleshooting.

Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and change records.

Follow organizational security, compliance, and change management processes.

✨ Qualifications:-

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Networks, IT, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in network operations or IT infrastructure support.

Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, VLANs, routing, and switching.

Hands-on exposure to routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.

Basic understanding of SD-WAN technologies.

Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

✨ Bonus Skills:-

Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, Juniper, or similar vendors.

Knowledge of firewall policies, NAT, and security best practices.

Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent.

Exposure to ticketing systems and basic project management tools.
