✨Job Summary:-
*We are seeking a highly experienced Cisco *Network Engineer with strong expertise in Enterprise Networking, SD-WAN, Network Security, and Operations. *The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, deploying, optimizing, and supporting complex enterprise and multi-site networks, including Cisco SD-WAN environments.

*This role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, ownership mindset, and the ability to work in critical production environments.

✨Key Responsibilities:-
*Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks using Cisco technologies
Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers
*Perform network monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
*Troubleshoot network issues related to routing, switching, VPNs, and connectivity
*Implement and manage VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP, and inter-VLAN routing
*Configure and maintain routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP
*Support VPN technologies (Site-to-Site and Remote Access)
*Ensure network security best practices, including ACLs and firewall rules
*Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and upgrades
*Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration backups
*Participate in change management, upgrades, and disaster recovery activities
*Provide L2/L3/L4 escalation support
*Support 24×7 operations, incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA).

✨Required Skills & Qualifications:-
*3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or similar role
*Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
*Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking devices
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, DNS, DHCP, NAT
*Experience with routing & switching technologies
Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
*Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SNMP, NMS, Syslog, etc.)
*Ability to work independently and in a team environment

✨Certifications (Preferred):–
*CCNA (Mandatory or Strongly Preferred)
*CCNP (Added Advantage)

✨Soft Skills:-
*Good communication and documentation skills
*Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

✨Nice to Have:-
*Experience with Firewall vendors (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower)
*Exposure to SD-WAN, VoIP, or Data Center networking
*Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows networking
