✨Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure projects.
Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge, hands-on exposure, and relevant academic
or internship experience will also be considered.
✨Role Summary:-
We are seeking a qualified Network Technician to support a large-scale enterprise project
involving structured cabling assessment, copper and fiber testing, network documentation, and
final system handover.
The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on field experience,
and the ability to deliver audit-ready documentation in line with industry standards and project compliance requirements.
✨Educational Qualification:-
● Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Network engineering, Computer Engineering Or a
related technical discipline
Professional Experience
● Proven experience in enterprise or campus network environments
● Hands-on exposure to wireless site surveys, structured cabling, and fiber testing
● Experience working in live production environments with minimal disruption
Technical Skills & Competencies
Network & Infrastructure
● Strong understanding of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA, ISO)
● Knowledge of Ethernet technologies, copper and fiber media
● Experience with MDF, IDF, racks, patch panels, and ODFs
● Ability to perform port utilization analysis and capacity planning
Testing & Validation
● Copper cable continuity and certification testing
● Fiber optic testing using OTDR and Optical Power Meter
● Interpretation of test results, loss budgets, and pass/fail criteria
● Fault identification, rectification, and re-testing
Documentation & Reporting
● Preparation of professional site survey, test, and compliance reports
● Creation of rack elevations, patching schedules, labelling indexes, and as-built
documentation
● Strong proficiency in Excel, Visio, and PDF reporting tools
● Ability to deliver structured, clear, and audit-compliant documentation
Tools & Equipment Proficiency
● Copper Testing Tools (NetAlly LinkRunner, CableAnalyzer, Fluke DSX series)
● Fiber Testing Equipment (OTDR, Optical Power Meter, Light Source, Fiber Inspection
tools)
● Labeling systems and professional cable management tools
✨Certifications (Preferred)
● CWNA / CWAP or equivalent wireless certification
● BICSI Technician / Installer certification
● Fiber Optic Technician certification (FOA or equivalent)
● Vendor certifications (Cisco, Aruba, HPE, NetAlly) are an advantage
