Join Our Team in Batticaloa Ultra Aluminium (PVT) LTD, a premier leader in the production of high-quality aluminium profiles, powder coating, and anodized finishes, is seeking an organized and proactive Planning Assistant to join our production management team!

This role is ideal for a motivated individual in the Batticaloa region looking to build a career in a dynamic manufacturing environment by supporting vital production planning and material tracking operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

Production Planning: Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and help adjust schedules dynamically to meet demand requirements.

Data Management: Regularly update production data and maintain accurate records within company systems.

Variance Analysis: Compare planned versus actual production outputs and analyze variances to improve planning accuracy.

Material Coordination: Coordinate closely with the procurement team to ensure raw material availability and proactively follow up on shortages to prevent delays.

Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate planning changes effectively to the production, warehouse, and sales teams.

Execution Monitoring: Follow up across departments to ensure that production plans are executed according to established timelines.

What We are Looking For:-

Education: Minimum qualification of G.C.E. A/L.

Professional Studies: A Diploma or Certificate in Business Management, or a related field (Full or Partial qualification).

Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and tracking).

Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or an internship in a related field is an advantage; freshers with a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.

Analytical Skills: Ability to handle numbers accurately and identify differences between planned and actual output.

Communication: Good interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate between various internal departments.
