Write Sinhala scripts for documentaries and other media projects.Create engaging podcast questions to enhance interviews.Collaborate with the team to refine storytelling and script flow._
Requirements:_
Strong writing skills in Sinhala.Experience in scriptwriting, journalism, or creative writing.Ability to craft compelling content that resonates with audiences.

Video Editor / Designer*_
Responsibilities:_
Edit podcasts, documentaries, and other video content.Create eye-catching thumbnails and motion graphics.Maintain a consistent visual style and high-quality production._
Requirements:_
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.Experience in video editing and design.Creativity and attention to detail.

Studio & Operations Manager*_
Responsibilities:_
Manage studio rentals and coordinate schedules.Oversee staff workload and studio operations.Ensure smooth workflow and content production timelines._
Requirements:_
Experience in studio management or operations.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate teams.
