We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Support Specialist to join our team and help deliver exceptional customer experiences while representing Sri Lankan innovation on a global stage.

Key Responsibilities :-
• Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and distributors via chat and messaging platforms
• Engage with customers across multiple channels, providing assistance, advice, and timely updates
• Relay valuable client feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvements
• Prepare documentation such as implementation guides, help center articles, and training materials
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal support and development teams
Key Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Experience with POS systems, ERP solutions, or similar software platforms is an advantage
• Understanding of system development, APIs, databases, and system integration is a plus
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in systems/software support, customer support, or a similar role
