Required Qualifications

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
🔹 Strong knowledge of beverage production processes and equipment.
🔹 Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
🔹 Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
🔹 Experience in the beverage industry & Strong analytical skills would be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

🔹 Production Planning and Production Management skills.
🔹 Effective communication skills.
🔹 Knowledge of Food Technology and Quality Control.
🔹 Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
🔹 Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
🔹 Manage and coordinate production activities to ensure production goals are achieved.
🔹 Implement and enforce production schedules and quality standards.
🔹 Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
🔹 Train and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality guidelines.
🔹 Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to optimize production efficiency.
🔹 Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
🔹Maintain accurate production records and reports.
