ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Project Site Lead at ARA you are the driving force behind our construction projects. Your primary responsibility is to manage and direct the execution of design-and-build projects on-site, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget & to the highest quality standards.

You’ll act as the key liaison between the project team, clients, and management, ensuring everyone is aligned & informed throughout the project lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project Planning and Execution: –

Lead the development and implementation of detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure work is executed according to plans, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations promptly.

2. Team Leadership and Management:-

Oversee the performance and development of the on-site project team. Provide clear guidance, motivation, and support, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

3. Client and Stakeholder Management: –

Maintain strong and proactive communication with clients, stakeholders, and management. Ensure their expectations are met, and any concerns are addressed effectively.

4. Quality and Safety Assurance:-

Implement strict quality control and safety protocols to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards. Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety training sessions.

5. Problem Solving and Decision Making: –

Identify & resolve potential project challenges proactively. Make informed decisions based on sound judgment and analysis, ensuring project objectives are achieved.
