Responsibilities:
Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
Preparations of the new rate breakdown.
Preparing Subcontractors’ payment certificates.
Tender Document Preparation

Requirements:
Professional/Academic qualification relating to Quantity Surveying.
(Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent)
Must have a Minimum of 05 years of experience in the construction industry.
Knowledge about current market rates & tender process.
Taking measurements. Carrying out technical work.
Giving instructions to workers and subcontractors.
Age Between 25 -35
Fair Knowledge of (English Oral and Writing)
