Position: Quantity Surveyor and Operations Assistant
Location: No 166/A Kandy Road, Yakkala
We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor and Operations Assistant to join our team at a reputable Timber and Furniture Company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and operational support, with proficiency in AutoCAD being a significant advantage.
*Responsibilities:-
*- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for projects.- Assist in procurement activities and supplier management.
– Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
.- Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and procedures.- Utilize AutoCAD for design and drafting tasks as needed
.*Requirements:-*
– Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Operations Management, or related field.
– Proven experience in quantity surveying and operational support.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to create and modify drawings
.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
