❌Quantity Surveyor
❌Site Technical Officer
Location: Hokandara and On-site
Key Responsibilities
Quantity Surveyor
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare cost estimates for projects
- Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure project costs are controlled
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards
Site Technical Officer
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the work is completed as per specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor force
- Ensure health and safety compliance on site
- Manage site reports and documentation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the construction industry
- Relevant certifications or degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management (for Quantity Surveyor position)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
