🔹 R&D Manager – (Ayurvedic Department)

✔ BAMS / Master’s in Ayurveda (or equivalent)

✔ Additional qualification in Pharmaceutical Sciences / Herbal Technology / Product Development – added advantage

✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in Ayurvedic or herbal product development

✔ Strong expertise in formulation, research, product testing & new product development

✔ Managerial / supervisory R&D experience preferred

✔ Sound knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, herbs & classical formulations

✔ Familiar with GMP, regulatory standards & quality compliance

✔ Capable of handling research trials, technical documentation & reporting

🔹 R&D Executive – (Ayurvedic Department)

✔ BAMS (or equivalent)

✔ Herbal Technology / Pharmacy qualification – added advantage

✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in Ayurvedic or herbal product development

✔ Experience in formulation, testing & documentation

✔ Good knowledge of Ayurvedic principles & herbal formulations

✔ Exposure to herbal cosmetics / supplements / medicines development

✔ Knowledge of GMP & regulatory requirements

✔ Ability to assist in trials, sample preparation & reporting
