Job Vacancy : Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the face of Siva Home Care and Medicals.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Greet and assist clients, visitors, and patients in a professional and courteous manner.

2. Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

3. Schedule appointments and coordinate with Consultants, doctors and therapists

4. Maintain records and update client information in the system.

5. Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.

6. Ensure the front desk area is neat and presentable.

Qualifications:-

1. Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.

2. Strong communication skills in English, Tamil and Sinhala.

3. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and email handling).

4. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

5. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
